About The Position

The Director, Global Commerce Hub Acquiring, will have significant responsibility in delivering the continued growth of Commerce Hub as Fiserv’s global acquiring entry point. This leader will play a critical role in evolving our end-to-end product commercialization and readiness from sales and marketing to integration to boarding to reporting. This leader will drive alignment across global and regional teams to enable consistent pricing, positioning, and selling of Commerce Hub worldwide, while accounting for local market needs. This is a highly visible, transformation‑oriented role.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in Product Management or Payment Consulting
  • Product management experience in the payments industry, especially eCommerce or omnichannel commerce
  • 8+ years of experience delivering large programs or initiatives, especially in an international setting
  • 8+ years of experience working with medium-to-large corporations as clients
  • 7+ years of experience with Confluence, Jira, or other similar tools
  • 8+ years of experience using Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Co-Pilot.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead development of product go-to-market (GTM) strategies to rapidly enable and maintain Commerce Hub as the single global acquiring entry point for Fortune 1000 global clients
  • Drive and roll out a fundamentally new GTM approach across multiple stakeholder groups, shifting from historically region‑owned models (e.g., US, EMEA, APAC, LATAM) to a coordinated, globally led strategy.
  • Lead large, cross-functional initiatives to support Commerce Hub’s adoption and geographic expansion, across Product, Pricing, Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Finance, Legal, and Regional Markets.
  • Develop globally consistent pricing, packaging, and value propositions, with structured localization where required.
  • Ensure the end-to-end experience for the product, including documentation, boarding, processing, billing, reporting, and servicing are in place and effective
  • Effectively communicate progress against initiatives and challenges, and outline solutions/recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Drive the resolution of issues throughout the process including problem identification, root cause analysis, issue resolution and client communication
