We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Senior Director, Client Services & Solutions for ReachMD, a subsidiary of US HealthConnect. ReachMD is a medical education company focused on providing relevant education to healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes. The Senior Director, Client Services and Solutions will be responsible for spearheading revenue tracking for their team, setting departmental goals, and overseeing the client services team. This role also ensures the successful delivery of assigned projects. A critical function of this role is to provide strategic and consultative leadership, ensuring alignment with business goals and maintaining consistent client communication throughout project implementation, while understanding client needs, business, and educational intent.

Requirements

  • Possess a bachelor’s degree (B.S.) or equivalent
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in client services within the pharmaceutical, project management, and/or medical education industries
  • Possess comfort and confidence leading client meetings
  • Possess exceptional written, verbal, and analytical skills
  • Understanding data and critical metrics that are important to clients
  • Understanding medical regulatory submission (MLR) process and systems is a must
  • Maintain excellent attention to detail and have the ability to prioritize
  • Have the ability to handle conflict and problem-solve
  • Exhibit strong leadership qualities
  • Be flexible and independent while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Be able to travel and work extended hours, as needed
  • Be proficient in MS Office, Salesforce, and Project Management systems

Responsibilities

  • Leading, managing, and developing the Client Services team, including performance management, coaching, and accountability for direct reports
  • Owning revenue and fiscal performance for the client services portfolio, including forecasting, budget tracking, and margin management across projects
  • Engaging at the executive level with key clients, serving as their primary strategic point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
  • Providing strategic and consultative leadership to ensure client programs align with both client business goals and ReachMD's organizational objectives
  • Owning client relationship strategy to drive renewal and organic growth, including identifying upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Partnering directly with the business development team on new business pursuits, including contributing to strategy, positioning, and proposal development (not solely in a support capacity)
  • Developing deep expertise in each client's therapeutic areas, competitive landscape, and marketing strategy to serve as a trusted advisor
  • Defining project scope, success criteria, and KPIs in partnership with clients, and holding the team accountable to those metrics
  • Ensuring full fiscal health of assigned projects, including profitability, resource allocation, and timeline adherence
  • Providing oversight, direction, and mentorship to the Client Services team, including input into hiring, org structure, and career development
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with editorial, marketing, operations, and finance leadership to ensure integrated program delivery
  • Assisting business development team in client strategy and tactical plans
  • Acting as a senior consultative resource to clients, representing ReachMD's expertise, capabilities, and thought leadership
  • Setting and owning departmental goals and objectives, including reporting on progress to senior leadership
  • Representing ReachMD in-person with new and existing clients, including travel as needed to build and maintain executive relationships
  • Serving as an escalation point for complex client or project issues, exercising sound judgment and conflict resolution
