The Senior Director, Channel Marketing is responsible for strengthening isolved's channel ecosystem through relationship management, operational alignment, and programmatic support. This role focuses on enabling partner success, streamlining partner engagement, and driving mutual growth initiatives across isolved's network of HCM service bureaus, PEOs, and referral relationships. The Senior Director will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Product to ensure our partners are equipped, informed, and aligned with isolved's strategic goals. isolved is an employee experience leader, providing intuitive, people-first HCM (Human Capital Management) technology.
