The Senior Director, Campbell Library, is the senior administrator responsible for the vision, leadership, and effective operation of Rowan University's main library in Glassboro. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice Chancellor for Information Resources and Technology, the Senior Director leads Campbell Library as an academic, cultural, research, student-success, and technology hub and ensures that its people, spaces, collections, services, and systems advance the University's mission. The Senior Director is accountable for coordinating performance across Campbell Library's leadership and service portfolio, including Teaching & Learning, Access Services and Facilities Operations, Collection Services, Discovery Services, Library Technology Services, and related programs and administrative functions. The role leads through Campbell Library's leadership structure and establishes clear priorities, decision rights, service expectations, and accountability for results. Campbell Library’s technology, discovery, collection, licensing, and service functions support users across Rowan University. The Senior Director is responsible for Campbell's delivery of those shared functions and works in close collaboration with libraries serving Cooper Medical School of Rowan University (CMSRU), Rowan-Virtua School of Osteopathic Medicine (Rowan-Virtua SOM), and the Shreiber School of Veterinary Medicine (SSVM).
