About The Position

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) delivers secure, high-performance solutions for organizations operating at global scale. Within OCI Business Operations and Programs, we drive strategy to execution through systemic planning, business operations, communications, and cross-functional program leadership that enable OCI to scale effectively. We are seeking a Senior Director-Business Operations & Strategic Programs to lead a critical portfolio supporting OCI’s highest-priority initiatives. This leader will shape operational strategy, drive execution across complex cross-organizational efforts, and build the frameworks, governance, and operating rhythms needed to support a rapidly growing global organization. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders across product, engineering, finance, and business operations, bringing clarity to ambiguity and ensuring alignment across strategic priorities. You will balance long-term operational maturity with near-term execution, influence decisions at the executive level, and lead teams through complexity and change.
