About The Position

The Senior Director, Business Development Navy will serve as an accountable leader for shaping, coordinating, and executing the company’s Navy growth strategy. This is a highly visible role within the organization and requires a confident and experienced Business Development professional with a proven track record of driving growth across complex Defense environments. The organization has a strong technical foundation, particularly within microelectronics, and an established presence with key Navy organizations including Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane. However, there is a need for a dedicated leader to take full ownership of the Navy portfolio, providing clear direction, structure, and growth focus.
