About The Position
G42 Americas is a global artificial intelligence and technology group with its origins in Abu Dhabi, rapidly growing its presence in the US, Europe and other global markets. We are building a vertically integrated AI powerhouse with an ambition and a proposition on par with the world's leading hyperscalers, spanning AI data centers, hyperscale AI cloud infrastructure and frontier AI applications. At the core of that ambition is a simple idea: G42 is building the world's AI token factory and AI agent factory, the industrial-scale infrastructure that produces intelligence, and the platforms that turn that intelligence into agents and applications reshaping how governments, enterprises and society work. You will build and own G42 Americas’ most strategically important commercial alliances - with the hyperscale cloud providers and frontier AI labs that shape the compute market. You will be the relationship owner and deal architect for partnerships that define G42 Americas’ preferred-partner status with AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, and leading AI labs. This is an executive-level alliances mandate requiring both deal-making rigor and genuine standing in these ecosystems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
- 8+ years in strategic alliances or partnerships with major hyperscale cloud providers or AI organizations
- Existing commercial relationships within hyperscaler partner ecosystems or AI labs strongly preferred
- Proven track record negotiating large, complex commercial agreements
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end commercial relationships with hyperscaler partner and business development teams and AI lab partnerships leads
- Negotiate and structure capacity agreements, co-sell programs, and joint go-to-market arrangements
- Partner with GTM — Whales to convert partnership agreements into qualified commercial pipeline
- Track hyperscaler and AI lab partner program requirements; ensure G42 Americas’ compliance and active participation
- Lead commercial expansion of hyperscaler and AI lab partnerships as G42 Americas grows internationally
