About The Position

The Analytics Center of Excellence (ACE) team at Komodo Health partners with life sciences organizations to drive strategic value through data, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions. As the Senior Director, Analytics Services, you will play a pivotal leadership role — spanning pre-sales, managed services and analytics delivery — to ensure Komodo Health’s products, data, and platforms deliver sustained, measurable value for our customers. This is a unique opportunity to lead at the intersection of customer strategy and operational excellence. You will work with a diverse set of customers to scope, deliver, and grow Komodo’s analytics and managed services offerings in a way that is AI-forward, scalable, and deeply aligned to customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • Experience leading managed services or professional services functions within the healthcare or life sciences domain, ideally spanning both delivery and pre-sales.
  • Hands-on experience in business analytics in biopharma, including working with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Real-World Evidence teams and data (HCP, provider, payer, patient-level).
  • Strong consultative instincts – you identify and proactively offer recommendations based on customer insights, and are comfortable presenting to and influencing executive-level stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive customer usage, satisfaction, and retention through strategic planning, proactive engagement, and high-quality delivery.
  • Experience identifying and implementing process improvements and automation, including the integration of GenAI tools into analytics or operational workflows.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of coaching and growing high-performing, cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer relationships and complex initiatives simultaneously with high quality and grace under pressure.
  • Judgement & Creativity: Applies AI strategically, knowing how to use the right tools at the right time to solve problems or generate new ideas.
  • Uses AI to accelerate feedback loops, test ideas, and make informed decisions faster.

  • Comfortable working in AI-enhanced environments across writing, data analysis, content creation, or design.
  • Regularly leverages AI tools such as Notion AI, Perplexity, Claude, Descript, Runway, Midjourney, or Microsoft Copilot i.e. to improve speed, clarity, or creative output.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end analytics services delivery — overseeing successful execution of core offerings and AI-enabled solutions across a portfolio of strategic accounts.
  • Serve as a senior pre-sales partner, acting as an advisor and subject matter expert for Sales and Account Management teams during scoping, proposal development, and customer-facing consultative conversations.
  • Own the managed services delivery model within ACE, establishing proactive engagement frameworks, SLAs, and KPIs that drive customer product adoption and long-term retention.
  • Guide Account Management and Customer Success teams on account strategy, ensuring customers fully leverage Komodo’s analytics and managed services offerings to achieve their desired business outcomes.
  • Champion the integration of AI tools and automation into workflows, identifying opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, scalability, and customer impact.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to inform new offerings and features, acting as an internal voice of the customer with deep industry context.
  • Build, staff, and develop a high-performing analytics services team, fostering professional growth and a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
