About The Position

This role involves providing staff leadership, ensuring the clinical needs of residents with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities are met, overseeing the functions of the group home, and creating and maintaining a nurturing and supportive environment. The position offers a salary of $41,600 with a $2,000 hiring bonus, an on-call stipend, and an additional $20 hourly pay when working direct support shifts. Requirements

• Strong Leadership, Organizational and Schedule management skills
• Proficiency in recreational planning
• Problem solving, Time Management, Flexibility and Attention to Detail
• Conflict Resolution and Interpersonal Skills
• Previous experience with IDD population
• 2-year degree or higher in relevant fields
