  • Deep expertise in incrementality measurement, geo holdout testing, halo effect studies, matched market experiments, and brand lift studies.
  • Strong creative partnership skills, able to write compelling briefs, give sharp feedback, and collaborate with design and video teams.
  • Experience with programmatic CTV and audio buying platforms.
  • Familiarity with direct mail and gifting platforms and how to integrate them into broader demand generation programs.
  • Highly analytical with a performance marketing mindset, comfortable defining KPIs, building measurement plans, and presenting results with statistical rigor.
  • Experience working within ABM frameworks and aligning offline programs to target account lists.
  • Proven ability to build programs from scratch in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own strategy, planning, and execution for Connected TV, Performance Audio (podcasts, streaming, radio), OOH, and Direct Mail/Gifting campaigns.
