About The Position

SEAKR Engineering is seeking a Senior Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Engineer to support advanced electronics for space applications. The role requires thorough knowledge of DSP concepts, including RF communications, synchronization, and high-speed ADC and DAC systems. The engineer will prototype algorithms, determine precision and dynamic range, validate algorithms using hardware co-simulation or C/C++ bit-true modeling, and implement designs in FPGA or ASIC using Verilog or VHDL. The engineer will support projects throughout the design lifecycle, from system architecture and algorithm exploration through trade studies, design reviews, implementation, laboratory verification, and delivery. The role also includes mentoring and providing oversight to DSP engineers and/or implementation teams, and communicating clearly in writing and verbally with design teams and customers. U.S. citizenship is required.
