About The Position

As a Senior Digital Product Owner at Belle Tire you will define and execute a technical products roadmap & vision that supports the needs of our Digital Marketing team. You must be a critical thinker and leader that possesses subject matter expertise in Digital Marketing functions and their execution in an enterprise environment. You will be accountable to understand internal stakeholder needs, current & alternative solution capabilities and drive initiatives that support the innovation & evolution of the business. You will working with our Digital Product Manager in order to execute on our Digital Roadmap. This role will provide stout leadership & insights to an agile delivery team, prioritize efforts, weigh financial impacts, measure results, and effectively communicate business goals to key stakeholders in the organization as they bring vision to existence. You will also be responsible for the definition of clear requirements for execution.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of Digital Marketing experience with a focus on product planning, marketing and sales, business development and data services experience
  • Working knowledge of common marketing tools such as Content Management Systems (CMS), Digital Commerce Platforms, Digital Commerce Analytics and Personalization Engines
  • Self-starting multitasker capable of prioritizing efforts within an accelerated, dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in quality user story composition for Agile development, backlog prioritization, and cross-functional team collaboration within the Atlassian suite
  • Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle and driving results on-time & within budget
  • Experience in retail, services, automotive and/or eCommerce
  • Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills in an executive setting

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification.
  • Experience leading teams of multiple sizes
  • Experience managing internal and external team members across multiple time zones and geographies
  • Background in UX/UI collaboration or customer experience design.
  • Familiarity with compliance and security standards (PCI Compliance)
  • Developer background or hands-on technical experience.
  • Knowledge of AI tools used to accelerate software development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop trusted & engaged relationships with key Marketing stakeholders as a liaison of the IT team to identify & prioritize various business needs
  • Provide Mar-Tech subject matter expertise in a collaborative, cross-functional environment to implement solutions that address core business needs
  • Work with our Marketing Digital Product manager to assemble, maintain and promote a product roadmap that illustrates the evolution of capability sets and solutions being delivered
  • Collaborate with agile IT teams to bring vision into reality through execution with product and market research, competitor analysis, risk assessment, strategic planning, business case & requirements development, and product/feature launch
  • Champion closed-loop execution by defining success factors, KPI's, and evaluating the theoretical assumed results against the real, observed outcomes
