About The Position
Shape the Future of Customer Engagement Through Email and Marketing Automation. We're seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Strategist – Email & Automation to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our enterprise email marketing and marketing automation programs. This highly visible role combines strategic planning, campaign execution, customer journey design, and performance analytics to drive customer engagement and business growth. As the organization's marketing automation expert, you'll help define best practices, improve processes, and identify innovative ways to connect with customers throughout their lifecycle. While email is the primary focus, you'll also create connected experiences across digital and sales touchpoints to ensure every customer interaction contributes to a seamless journey.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, or marketing automation
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketo, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of automation, segmentation, customer journeys, and lifecycle marketing
- Proven success managing complex campaigns and optimization initiatives
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading testing and experimentation programs
Nice To Haves
- HTML/CSS and SQL knowledge a plus
