About The Position

SHEIN is seeking a full-time Senior Digital Designer (official title: Senior Graphic Designer) for its Los Angeles-based corporate office. As a member of the design team, this role creates digital marketing assets, including email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and marketing print materials. The ideal candidate has expert graphic design skills, strong attention to detail, an eye for selecting photographic images, strong typography skills, and a methodical approach to work.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or Fine Arts, or equivalent experience.
At least 4 years of digital design experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional creative environment; fashion e-commerce experience is preferred.
Online portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of typography, digital design trends, and online visual communication.
High creativity in typography and web page layout.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote, and InDesign, in a Mac environment.
Ability to work as a team member and as a resourceful self-starter.
Strong attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects.

Experience in UX/UI design.

Responsibilities

Support the creative web team by creating digital marketing assets for email, homepage, landing page, social media, and print.
Provide fresh design ideas and execute new web, mobile, app, and email experiences under the supervision of the Design Manager.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, marketing, PR, web production, event management, and Global teams.
Keep designs up to date with trends in photography, fashion, and social media.
