About The Position

We are looking for a high-output, performance-driven Senior Digital Designer to serve as the primary Individual Contributor (IC) within our creative pod. Reporting directly to the Associate Creative Director, you will be the engine behind our paid media and social creative efforts. You aren’t just a "pixel pusher” as you are a visual strategist who understands that a beautiful design is only successful if it converts. You thrive in a high-velocity environment where data dictates the next design move, and you are eager to use cutting-edge tools (including Gen AI) to stay ahead of the curve.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional design experience, ideally within a fast-paced agency or performance-heavy in-house team.
  • You live and breathe social media formats. You know what makes a user stop scrolling on TikTok vs. Instagram.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere/After Effects).
  • Proficiency in Figma for collaborative design and prototyping.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage Generative AI (Adobe Firefly, Gemini, and node-based workflows like ComfyUI) to accelerate asset production, enhance image fidelity, and rapidly prototype creative concepts.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing high-conversion paid media assets.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines without breaking a sweat. You take full ownership of your timelines and project health.

  • Bonus points for case studies showing creative iterations based on A/B test results.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-performing static and motion assets for Meta, TikTok, Google Display, and other paid channels.
  • Take winning concepts and "break" them into dozens of iterative tests (headlines, CTAs, hooks, and visual styles) based on real-time performance data.
  • Actively use Generative AI tools to accelerate your workflow, from rapid prototyping and image generation to enhancing creative assets.
  • Participate in weekly performance reviews to understand "the why" behind ad wins and losses, then translate those insights into your next round of creative.
  • Stay on the pulse of social trends, ensuring every asset is "thumb-stopping" and formatted natively for the platform it lives on.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the ACD and marketing team to ensure brand consistency while pushing the boundaries of performance creative.
