About The Position

We are seeking a talented Senior Digital Content Producer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital content strategies, with a strong focus on social media. You will produce engaging content, manage various social media platforms, and adapt existing media into optimized formats for digital distribution. Your responsibilities will also include filming, video editing, graphic design, performance analysis, and contributing creative ideas to enhance audience engagement and brand presence.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Digital Content Producer or similar role.
• Proficiency in social media content planning and production.
• Experience with video editing and graphic design.
• Skills in filming using mobile devices and DSLR cameras.
• Ability to analyze social media performance metrics.
• Strong understanding of content optimization for various digital platforms.
• Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience conducting interviews.
• Familiarity with editorial processes and content ideation.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive digital content plans for social media accounts (daily, weekly, and monthly).
• Produce engaging and creative social media content on a daily basis.
• Manage and cover channel content across all social media platforms.
• Adapt and transform TV and radio content into optimized social media formats.
• Perform basic video editing and graphic design tasks.
• Conduct weekly on‑ground filming for special events and studio coverage using mobile devices and DSLR cameras.
• Analyze social media performance and provide insights to enhance overall results.
• Oversee and coordinate logistics required for the team during live coverage.
• Generate brand‑aligned content ideas for branded content projects.
• Improve audience interaction through fresh, innovative ideas and content concepts.
• Utilize new media tools creatively to maximize exposure for digital content.
• Propose technically feasible ideas and provide creative problem‑solving solutions.
• Conduct interviews with celebrities for digital platforms.
• Participate in editorial meetings and recommend stories and reports for coverage.
