The Senior Digital Content Management Partner is responsible for developing and executing integrated content and campaign strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across the student banking journey. This role combines traditional content marketing and campaign development, social media strategy and activation, and emerging capabilities in modular content, LLM optimization, and cross-channel orchestration. Reporting to the Consumer Digital Content Manager, the position serves as a strategic partner to Student Banking and cross-functional teams, ensuring content is campaign-driven and performance-oriented, audience-relevant across key student segments, consistent and compliant across distributed channels, and increasingly structured for future AI-driven discovery.
