About The Position

We are seeking a Senior DevSecsOps Engineer to join our team. This role involves building and maintaining secure DevSecOps pipelines, particularly for safety-critical, air-gapped environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in containerization, Kubernetes, build environment tools, infrastructure as code, and various Linux distributions. This position requires strong cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment. The role is 100% onsite.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline
5+ years of DevSecOps experience
Python & Yaml experience
Secure DevSecOps pipelines for safety-critical, air-gapped environments
Containerization & Kubernetes (on-prem, disconnected operations)
Build environment Tools (make & CMake)
Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform, Helm)
Linux (RHEL, Yocto, Buildroot)
Bitbucket & Gitlab Experience
Cross-functional leadership across engineering, security, and IT teams
Ability to work onsite 100%

Nice To Haves

Proficient with Atlassian Tools (Confluence, JIRA, Bitbucket, etc.)
Proficient with Ansible
CI/CD integration with certification artifacts
Secure networking & zero-trust architectures
Embedded & Real-Time Systems enablement (RTOS, flight software)
Familiarity with (DO-178 A-C)
Experience communicating and documenting complex technical designs

Responsibilities

Build and maintain secure DevSecOps pipelines for safety-critical, air-gapped environments.
Implement and manage containerization and Kubernetes in on-premise, disconnected operations.
Utilize build environment tools such as make and CMake.
Implement Infrastructure as Code using Ansible, Terraform, and Helm.
Manage and configure Linux environments including RHEL, Yocto, and Buildroot.
Utilize Bitbucket and Gitlab for version control and collaboration.
Provide cross-functional leadership across engineering, security, and IT teams.
Communicate and document complex technical designs.
Work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
Utilize Atlassian Tools (Confluence, JIRA, Bitbucket, etc.).
Integrate CI/CD with certification artifacts.
Implement secure networking and zero-trust architectures.
Enable Embedded & Real-Time Systems (RTOS, flight software).
Communicate and document complex technical designs.
Present technical information effectively.
