About The Position

The Senior DevSecOps Engineer bridges development, security, and operations to securely deliver mission-critical software for next-generation military products. The role focuses on real-time signal-processing applications and infrastructure deployed to ruggedized Linux hardware at the tactical edge. It requires designing, building, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines and reusable methodologies, with precise execution, adherence to security frameworks, and understanding of resource-constrained hardware environments. The position is onsite in Portland, Oregon, with travel estimated at 10%, probably once per quarter. Work conditions range from a general office environment to warehouse and other facilities. Physical demands include stooping, standing, climbing, occasional lifting of at least 25 pounds, and moving between departments, floors, and worksites. Candidates must be authorized to work full-time in the United States without current or future employment visa sponsorship. The role requires access to information and technology subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations, including ITAR. No security clearance is required. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline is required; an advanced degree or formal training in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or embedded Linux is a plus. The stated annual salary range is $160,000–$190,000, with eligibility for an annual bonus. Salary and bonus depend on relevant experience, education, training, skills, and other factors. DZYNE describes itself as part of the newly formed Ondas Sentinel organization while continuing to operate legally as DZYNE during integration.
