About The Position

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior DevOps ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Chantilly, VA or Denver, CO. In this role, you will help design, develop, and implement critical ServiceNow solutions that support our customer’s mission-critical business requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of additional IT experience in lieu of a degree.
5+ years of software development experience.
Experience working on a large and complex software development project.
Experience with developing Service Catalog and ServiceNow workflows.
Proficiency in at least one scripting language such as Ruby, Python, Perl, Bash, or JavaScript.
DoD approved 8570 IAT Level II Certification (e.g., Security+ CE) or the ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire.
An active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required for this position.

Nice To Haves

Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) credential.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer credential.
Experience working in a DevOps or Agile software development environment.

Responsibilities

Develop ServiceNow solutions and enhancements using core platform capabilities to support business requirements.
Develop applications including configuration, report development, and data migration where applicable.
Identify and implement best-practice solutions to address client requirements.
Perform custom development and third-party integrations across the environment.
Perform unit-testing, resolve code defects, and migrate code changes to the production environment.
Assist with technical design and documentation to ensure platform stability.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in ServiceNow.
