About The Position

Accesa is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, automate, and operate reliable infrastructure and software delivery processes. The role works closely with development, architecture, and operations teams to improve deployment efficiency, platform stability, and security. It involves technical ownership, practical problem-solving, and translating business and technical requirements into maintainable solutions.

The position covers CI/CD pipeline development, cloud infrastructure management, containerized application operations, observability, security, infrastructure optimization, stakeholder collaboration, documentation, and mentoring. The role supports production environments and solutions from implementation through operation.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or infrastructure automation, including ownership of production environments.
• Solid experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills, with a good understanding of networking, DNS, TLS, and load balancing.
• Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes or OpenShift.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, and familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible.
• Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Strong understanding of Git workflows and collaborative development practices.
• Experience with monitoring and logging solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Stack, or cloud-native equivalents.
• Ability to evaluate technical trade-offs, work independently, and take responsibility for solutions from implementation through operation.
• Clear communication skills and confidence working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Good written and spoken English skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with GitOps tools such as Argo CD or Flux, and application packaging with Helm.
• Exposure to cloud migrations, disaster recovery, and highly available architectures.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and automated security checks.
• Relevant cloud or Kubernetes certifications.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments.
• Build and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code and configuration management practices.
• Deploy and operate containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes or OpenShift.
• Improve monitoring, logging, and alerting to support service availability and effective troubleshooting.
• Investigate complex infrastructure and deployment issues, identify root causes, and implement lasting improvements.
• Integrate security into infrastructure and delivery workflows, including access control, secrets management, and vulnerability remediation.
• Optimize infrastructure performance, scalability, resilience, and cost.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, assess technical options, and propose suitable solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and recovery processes.
• Support colleagues through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and technical reviews.
