We invite a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer to join our team and help build high-quality software for our client, a major player in the payment processing industry serving over 275,000 U.S. businesses. You’ll use your DevOps expertise to streamline development workflows, enhance infrastructure reliability, and support a seamless transition from Azure to GCP, contributing to scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of DevOps experience, with strong GCP skills
- Proficiency in Terraform
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (Jenkins)
- Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and version control tools
- Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python)
- Familiarity with networking, security, and cloud architecture best practices
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Upper-Intermediate English level
- Ability to work independently and quickly adapt to new tools and technologies
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with the Azure cloud platform
- Experience with cloud migrations, especially from Azure to GCP
Responsibilities
- Support the migration from Azure to GCP
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Create and manage Terraform scripts for infrastructure
- Work with Kubernetes and Docker to manage containerized applications
- Monitor and optimize GCP and Kubernetes environments for performance
- Help create and maintain detailed project-related documentation
- Provide GCP expertise to ensure adherence to best practices
