About The Position

As a Senior Device Engineer, you will be at the heart of developing next-generation electronic device solutions — pushing the boundaries of semiconductor technology and translating deep device physics into real-world innovations. You will own the full arc from characterization to optimization, partnering with world-class engineers across disciplines to solve complex integration challenges and deliver breakthrough results for our customers.

Requirements

  • PhD in electrical engineering, semiconductor physics, material science, or other related field and 2+ years post graduate experience.
  • Masters degree in electrical engineering, semiconductor physics, material science, or other related field and 3+ years post graduate experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, semiconductor physics, material science, or other related field and 5+ years post graduate experience

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in electrical test tools, scripting of measurements, and data processing
  • In-depth knowledge of standard electrical test methods and procedures to measure fundamental properties of semiconductor devices
  • In-depth knowledge of device physics (e.g., emerging non-volatile memory technologies)
  • Proven experience working on device integration and product development (e.g. test vehicle development experience is preferred)
  • Proven hands-on lab experience with design of e-test experiments, scripting and troubleshooting
  • Self-motivated, excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in customer interactions

Responsibilities

  • Define and build e-test protocols tailored to specific technologies under evaluation, leveraging your device characterization expertise to ensure solutions precisely meet customer specifications.
  • Drive physical understanding of device behavior — interpreting e-test results to uncover root causes and guide the optimization of device stacks and architectures.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with process, integration, materials, and hardware engineers to improve yield, enhance process uniformity, and resolve critical integration challenges.
  • Architect and maintain data pipelines and databases, providing clear visibility into device and integration run sheets to keep programs on track.
  • Be a technical anchor for the team — executing critical activities with precision and urgency, sharing knowledge across disciplines, and fostering a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement.

Benefits

  • health insurance
  • paid time off (PTO)
  • retirement contributions
