About The Position

The Senior Developer configures and implements Salesforce and Vlocity solutions based on architectural designs to meet client needs. The role collaborates with Agile teams to build scalable business processes using Apex, Lightning, and APIs, and supports the full project lifecycle, including mentoring client teams and helping ensure seamless deployment and adoption. The developer works with solution architects and Business Analysts to ensure proposed and built solutions support desired business outcomes. Responsibilities include reviewing requirements and solutions for sufficient technical detail; performing requirements gathering, enterprise architecture and technical and solution design, configuration development, quality assurance, testing, and validation; and developing Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, Omniscripts, Flexcards, and Datamappers. The position also involves developing insurance products, ratings, and product rules; creating an insurance modernization accelerator on Salesforce Core to support AI-driven innovation; executing deployments and resolving Apex test-class failures; maintaining the deployment tracker; developing CRM applications for sales, service, marketing, revenue, and Community Cloud; and developing agents to build prompt templates in Salesforce. The position is headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada, with periodic relocation to unanticipated project worksites throughout the United States.

Requirements

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Data Analytics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
One year of post-baccalaureate experience as a Salesforce Developer or in a related position.
Experience with Apex.
Experience with LWC.
Experience with Revenue Cloud Advanced, including Agentforce Revenue Management.
Experience with Digital Insurance.
Experience with Omnistudio, including Core and Managed Package.
Experience with DocuSign.
Experience with Omnistudio Docgen.
Periodic relocation to various unanticipated project worksites throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

Develop Apex classes and LWC components.
Develop Omniscripts, Flexcards, and Datamappers according to business requirements.
Develop insurance products, ratings, and product rules.
Develop an insurance modernization accelerator built on Salesforce Core to support AI-driven innovation.
Execute deployments and resolve Apex test-class failures.
Contribute to deployment and maintenance of the deployment tracker.
Develop and implement CRM applications for sales, service, marketing, revenue, and Community Cloud on the Salesforce platform.
Develop agents to build prompt templates in Salesforce.
