About The Position

Creed Interactive is a digital agency providing digital design, technology development, and consultative digital strategy for nonprofits, small and medium-sized businesses, and Fortune 500 clients. The Senior Developer is a seasoned technical professional who contributes leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction to the development team, helping deliver high-quality software solutions and foster a collaborative, innovative environment. The role participates in technology and software-development decisions; designs, architects, develops, and implements software; keeps current with emerging technologies; promotes code quality, maintainability, coding standards, and comprehensive documentation; and explains technical concepts to non-technical audiences. It also involves mentoring junior colleagues and continuing to develop technical skills. The position works with frontend and backend technologies, cloud platforms, and AI development tools. The Senior Developer reports to the Senior Developer - Team Lead, collaborates with Development, Design, Operations, Project Management, and Sales, and works with clients. The role requires minimal travel as needed and may involve lifting up to 20 pounds. The starting salary range is $100,000 to $110,000. Requirements

At least 6 years of experience.
Experience with digital services-based projects, SaaS solutions, or technology work with a strong emphasis on quality.
Ability to work across functions to prioritize and drive strategic objectives.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
High initiative and self-motivation, with a strong sense of accountability.
Ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems with minimal direction and make decisions confidently.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while adhering to deadlines.
A degree or commensurate work-related experience.
Frontend skills: HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and Angular or React.
WordPress CMS experience.
Backend skills: .NET, PHP, and SQL Server, MySQL, or similar relational databases.
Linux and/or Windows administration skills.
Experience with Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or Amazon Web Services.
Claude Code.

Nice To Haves

Moodle experience.
Experience working on web-based projects in an agency environment.
DevOps experience in a cloud environment utilizing CI/CD.
