Requirements

Strong years of hands-on .NET Core development experience building microservices-based architecture.
Good years of experience with SQL / relational databases.
Years of hands-on experience with AWS cloud and Terraform (Infrastructure-as-Code).
Expertise with Git, JIRA, Agile/Scrum, and modern container/platform tooling, including Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong ability to produce system design diagrams (sequence, deployment, etc.) to communicate architecture and integrations.
Proficient in AI-assisted coding to accelerate delivery (code generation/refactoring/testing) with secure engineering practices.
Ability to establish safe AI development standards (prompt/playbooks, governance for AI-generated code/POCs).
Demonstrated ability to create POCs for new technologies and present recommendations/trade-offs to the team.
Experience with CI/CD & platform engineering: pipeline design, quality gates, automated testing strategy, release strategies (blue/green, canary), and environment promotion.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across engineering and stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the financial services domain.
Experience with Java and Kotlin (building services, integrations, or platform components).
NoSQL experience.

Responsibilities

Hands-on .NET Core development building microservices-based architecture.
Utilize SQL/relational databases (NoSQL is a plus).
Apply AWS cloud and Terraform (Infrastructure-as-Code).
Work with Git, JIRA, Agile/Scrum, and modern container/platform tooling, including Docker and Kubernetes.
Produce system design diagrams (sequence, deployment, etc.) to communicate architecture and integrations.
Leverage AI-assisted coding for accelerated delivery (code generation/refactoring/testing) with secure engineering practices.
Establish safe AI development standards (prompt/playbooks, governance for AI-generated code/POCs).
Act as an AI promoter/champion via demos and enablement.
Create POCs for new technologies and present recommendations/trade-offs to the team.
Design CI/CD pipelines, quality gates, automated testing strategies, release strategies (blue/green, canary), and environment promotion.
Communicate and collaborate effectively across engineering and stakeholders.
