Requirements

Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized application delivery
Experience designing, deploying, and troubleshooting workloads on Kubernetes platforms
Experience working in Agile development and DevOps environments
Understanding of Kubernetes architecture, pods, deployments, services, ingress, namespaces, config maps, secrets, and workload management
Experience with Docker, container image creation, image optimization, container registries, and secure image management
Working knowledge of Helm charts, Kubernetes manifests, YAML configuration, and deployment automation
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar automation platforms
Familiarity with Git or other source control systems
Knowledge of Linux, networking, DNS, load balancing, REST APIs, relational databases, and SQL concepts
Exposure to performance tuning, observability, monitoring, logging, and production support for Kubernetes-based applications
Experience using JIRA and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Responsibilities

Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer
