About The Position

This is a hands-on role for a developer who enjoys building solutions to real problems. The Senior Developer II will take on large, complex pieces of work with limited supervision, partner closely with a manager and teammates, and grow with the expanding team. The role focuses on CI/CD pipelines and shared services, developer tooling, compliant change and deployment controls, and early observability efforts. It also prepares for future work involving Kubernetes, containers, APIs, messaging, and streaming. The position is based at Floor & Decor’s Store Support Center in Atlanta and requires working in the office three days per week, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. It is not a remote position. The work environment is typically quiet to moderate, and the role provides Level 2 support for platform services.
