Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with Xcode and iOS Development.
• Experience building internal or customer-facing tools that solve real problems.
• Experience with build systems, continuous integration, or automated test infrastructure.

Nice To Haves

• Experience building developer-facing tooling that engineering teams use daily.
• Experience changing how an engineering team works, including ownership models, review practices, and quality gates.
• Experience owning delivery across teams as a technical program lead, or in a role combining engineering with program ownership.
• Fluency with current agent architecture patterns and a track record of adapting to changes.

Responsibilities

• Own the rapidly evolving developer experience, including tools, workflows, and daily practices for engineers.
• Identify high-impact problems and address them through tooling changes, process improvements, or direct communication.
• Determine the appropriate solutions for identified problems.
• Collaborate closely with specialized engineering teams to own systems, workflows, and approaches that facilitate goal achievement.
• Assess and evolve existing tooling and delivery reporting systems.
• Determine future development priorities for tooling and systems.
