Senior Developer Advocate

Runpod
$150,000 - $200,000Remote

About The Position

Runpod is the AI Developer Cloud, used by over a million developers to experiment, train, fine-tune, deploy, and scale AI. The platform has processed more than 20 billion inference requests. Runpod is at an inflection point for AI infrastructure and is building the platform for the next generation of developers. The company is a small, remote-first team that values ownership, speed, and impact. Developer Relations (DevRel) at Runpod involves building trust with developers by helping them succeed with the product. This practice sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and marketing. At Runpod, DevRel means being customer zero, using the same tools and workflows as developers to ensure content, tooling, and advocacy are grounded in real usage. This work extends outward through education, community, and content, and inward by feeding learnings back into the product. The Senior Developer Advocate will live at the intersection of building and communicating, writing code, building on the platform, and translating that work into content and connections that help developers succeed. This role offers significant influence on Runpod's growth, transforming a great product into a vibrant developer community. The position offers ownership, allowing the individual to create their own plan, choose content to develop, decide on conference attendance, prioritize ecosystem integrations, and determine community representation. The role provides the freedom to take action on onboarding issues or new framework opportunities without needing permission.
