Senior Dev Ops Engineer

Integrated Diagnostics Solutions By aligning and simplifying our work, our Integrated Diagnostic Solutions (IDS) business unit aims to drive growth and innovation around everything from integrated specimen management to diagnostic solutions. As a Sr. DevOps Engineer, you will implement automated processes and systems using Windows, Networking, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD. The infrastructure you will develop will be robust, simple, extensible, maintainable, understandable, and measurable, with a goal of keeping things simple.
Requirements
- 5 years proven ability that includes Windows environment & tools, Microsoft Azure, and Power shell scripting
- 2 years using Git or other distributed version control systems, Visual Studio Team Services, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
- Experience working in a continuous delivery (CI/CD) environment is essential.
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, C#, Python, and .NET
- Relational database experience
- Ability to leverage existing technologies to create simple, highly automated solutions with low maintenance overhead
- A Working knowledge of Git or other distributed version control systems and Visual Studio Team Services or equivalent.
- Networking administration, load balancing, firewall.

- Test Driven Development concepts is a plus
Responsibilities
- Administering ADO policies and workflows
- Assisting teams in improving the test and production infrastructure needed to deploy applications via CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) workflow.
- Managing and automating builds and deployments
- Maintaining and improving existing server infrastructure environment
- Troubleshooting and resolving general IT and network tasks related to test, build, and deploy.
- Developing tools to automate common infrastructure tasks
- Developing automated monitoring of operating infrastructure
- Evaluating and providing recommendations for infrastructure technologies
