Senior Designer

KDB AssociatesPhiladelphia, PA
Hybrid

About The Position

This is a brand-new role, added as the Philadelphia team continues to grow. You'll join a tight-knit team of 4 designers, reporting directly to the Director of Design, and take full ownership of commercial projects from initial programming through final installation documents. You'll partner with 1 to 5 sales reps, manage an average of 10 active projects at a time, and be a regular presence with clients, sometimes with multiple touchpoints in a single week. If you love variety, client relationships, and the satisfaction of seeing a project through from blank page to finished space, you'll thrive here. This is a hybrid role. You'll be in the office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in Center City Philadelphia, with remote flexibility the remaining days. This role is ideal for candidates already located in the Philadelphia metro area or within commuting distance. This role offers a highly competitive total compensation package, including a strong base salary and eligibility for an annual performance bonus.
