Senior Designer (Web)

About The Position

An AI-native SaaS startup building the AI teammate that lives inside Slack and Microsoft Teams - connecting to thousands of tools and doing real work for real companies across finance, marketing, ops, and engineering. The product replaces half the SaaS stack. The team is small. The scope is not. This role is not a brand-system role or a product-app role. The focus is on the web: every page on the marketing site, every campaign landing page, and every A/B test that runs against real traffic. The company has brand designers for the system and product designers for the app; this hire is needed because the web needs to ship daily, and the page that converts won't design itself. A strong understanding of analytics tools like PostHog is crucial, even before design tools like Figma. The brand has just relaunched, and the marketing site needs to express this across all prospect touchpoints: home, pricing, comparison pages, vertical pages, paid LPs, and partner micro-sites. Every campaign requires a new page with a different angle for each cohort, and the team tests relentlessly. The page that was successful last month might not be next month. This role will run the web layer, templatizing where speed is essential, staying creative where it's not, and testing everything that impacts revenue.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of web/UI/UX design experience.
  • Portfolio showcasing shipped websites and landing pages at scale, with real-world examples and traffic data, not just mockups.
  • Proven experience building and testing LPs end-to-end, with the ability to discuss specific experiments, their outcomes, and rationale.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as PostHog, Google Analytics, or Mixpanel; understanding conversion rates, drop-offs, and statistical significance as core skills.
  • Strong opinions on hierarchy, form, and conversion, with the ability to justify design decisions with data.
  • Daily AI use across the entire workflow: ideation, copy, generation, and code.
  • Vibe-coding is a core requirement; ability to ship Next.js/React/Tailwind directly via tools like Cursor or Claude Code.
  • Design to code to PR to live workflow, minimizing handoffs.
  • Hands-on fluency in Figma and Adobe CC.
  • Comfort with light motion design and Lottie.
  • A bias towards shipping: finishing, measuring, and iterating.
  • Self-management skills, sharp written communication, and the ability to give and receive feedback constructively.
  • A/B testing fluency is a requirement.

Nice To Haves

  • Brand-system experience is a plus.
  • Experience shipping your own product or side project end-to-end (web, design, code).
  • Experience designing and shipping in no-code tools like Webflow or Framer.
  • Experience running A/B tests with statistical rigor (understanding concepts like 'underpowered').
  • Experience working on B2B SaaS websites where conversion directly impacts pipeline.
  • Familiarity with PostHog experiments specifically.
  • Experience building or contributing to a design system used across a marketing site.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing site end-to-end: Home, pricing, comparison pages, integration pages, vertical pages, SEO landings. Ensure the site effectively converts traffic.
  • High-volume landing page creation: Campaign LPs, paid LPs, partner micro-sites, vertical pages, with multiple pages needed per week.
  • A/B testing: Develop hypotheses, design variants, deploy them, analyze data in PostHog, and determine winners and losers. Continuous iteration is key.
  • Develop templates and systems: Create reusable components (hero, comparison block, pricing block, CTA) to enable new LPs to be built in a day instead of a week.
  • Handle one-off design needs: Address unique requirements like new formats, custom layouts, interactive demos, and launch pages where templates are not suitable.
  • Optimize conversion surfaces: Design and improve signup, paywall, and trial wall experiences on the web side, complementing the product team's ownership of the app.

  • Competitive salary
  • Ownership opportunities
  • High trust, low process environment
  • Opportunity to ship in the first week
  • Direct user interaction on the first day
  • No alignment meetings or stakeholder syncs
  • Real ownership of company surfaces
