About The Position

We’re seeking a Senior Designer with a strong foundation in visual design and a proven ability to support UX-led projects. You’ll create polished production-ready deliverables by applying strong conceptual thinking to every design brief and a deep understanding of visual systems. The role includes client-facing opportunities and requires the ability to clearly articulate your visual design decisions. Some things you will be responsible for: Support project teams with the creation of visual systems to enhance user experience, convey complex ideas, and support marketing & branding Advise project teams on the fundamentals of composition, styles, colour theory, and visual storytelling Identify and analyze more complex problems and identify causes and solutions with minimal oversight Adapt to changes in project scope, team dynamics, or workflow with minimal supervision, demonstrating resilience and flexibility in unclear situations Collaborate with the product strategy team on facilitation of research and transformation of the insights gathered into actionable design opportunities Create UX based deliverables like site maps, page and navigation hierarchy and wireframes Produce interactive prototypes, to test ideas and gather user feedback Create rapid iterations to speed up decision making Utilize AI in your creative workflow, supporting ideation and synthesis Facilitate client workshop activities to gain insights from our key audiences Articulate the value of good design in our client communications, to influence design outcomes and build trust with clients partners Support the creation of visually appealing presentations that effectively communicate key information Utilize strong storytelling skills to tap into human emotions Contribute to the creation of pitch presentations and other relevant assets in support of winning new business, ensuring it aligns with our brand identity, values, and offerings Last but certainly not least, as a member of our team we hope you embrace and contribute to our culture of continuous creative improvement, innovation, and excellence, and always search for ways to help make a positive impact on the team!

Requirements

  • Proven 5 years full-time industry experience as a product designer
  • Portfolio we can access
  • Must have a minimum 3-hour overlap with Toronto EDT timezone
