The Senior Designer I, Visual Experience will be instrumental in creating and refining the visual design language based on Scout’s brand identity, leading visual design work from ideation to implementation, and developing designs that express the Scout brand coherently across digital and print mediums. This includes defining and evolving the visual tone, color palette, and overall aesthetics, creating documentation of assets/guidelines/templates, and collaborating closely with cross-disciplinary teams.
