  • Lead the preparation of engineering deliverables including specifications, WHCP & skid design documents, instrument datasheets, logic diagrams, and related technical documentation.
  • Perform engineering calculations including sizing of valves, flow meters, pneumatic and hydraulic power systems in line with project requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead evaluation of design, testing, and commissioning scope, and support the preparation of complete technical proposals for skid and WHCP packages.
  • Execute and review electrical and instrumentation engineering calculations including cable voltage drop, intrinsic safety (IS) circuit calculations, and related system design validations.
  • Perform interdisciplinary technical reviews and provide engineering comments to ensure design integrity and compliance across all disciplines.
  • Review and validate engineering drawings including panel layouts, electrical schematics, cable and junction box schedules, cable routing layouts, instrument installation details, process and pneumatic hook-ups, interconnection diagrams, and loop diagrams.
  • Participate in client and vendor interface meetings to present, clarify, and finalize E&I design scope for WHCP and skid packages.
  • Review vendor technical offers, prepare technical clarifications for both vendors and clients, and develop Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) reports.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely submission and alignment of technical offers with project requirements.
  • Identify technical risks, deviations, and assumptions during proposal and design stages, and provide mitigation inputs.
  • Participate in technical discussions with clients to address clarifications and ensure alignment with project specifications.
  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of high-quality technical proposals in accordance with bid requirements and deadlines.
  • Support the project execution team during project handover, commissioning phases, and other critical project stages as required.
