YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY: As a Senior Deployment Specialist, you will lead the field deployment of modular electrical systems, ensuring seamless delivery, installation, and commissioning of prefabricated power solutions. This role requires advanced competencies in electrical construction, logistics coordination, and stakeholder management. You will have some autonomy in your work but will require moderate supervision to ensure alignment with project goals and standards.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, modular construction practices, and industrial job site operations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deployments across geographically dispersed job sites.
  • Familiarity with UL standards, NEC code compliance, and electrical safety best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Oracle or construction management software experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate across trades and disciplines.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings.
  • You will have advanced competencies in your role but will require moderate supervision to ensure successful project execution.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in electrical construction, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Experience working with prefabricated or modular electrical systems is highly preferred.
  • OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead on-site deployment of modular electrical systems, including switchgear, power distribution units, and prefabricated electrical rooms.
  • Coordinate with internal engineering, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure readiness and accuracy of shipments.
  • Serve as the primary field liaison for general contractors, electrical subcontractors, and client representatives during deployment.
  • Interpret and validate electrical drawings, installation plans, and one-line diagrams to ensure field alignment.
  • Supervise subcontractors and field crews to ensure compliance with NEC standards, safety protocols, and project specifications.
  • Conduct pre-deployment site assessments and post-installation inspections to verify system integrity and readiness for energization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex field issues related to electrical connections, grounding, and modular integration.
  • Document deployment activities, field modifications, and lessons learned to support continuous improvement.
  • Supporting and assisting the MPS freight team.
