About The Position

GE Vernova’s Gas Power business is seeking a Senior Demand Planning Manager to lead the team responsible for developing and executing the demand signal for the Gas Power Generators segment within the Materials Management Organization. This high-visibility, cross-functional role connects supply chain strategy, operations, and business planning. The manager serves as the authoritative voice for the segment’s demand signal, translating multi-horizon business needs into an actionable plan aligned with regions, finance, product management, fleet management, and supply pillars. It also maintains the accuracy of demand data in ERP systems and planning tools, coordinates with supply pillars, resolves planning issues, and leads analysis and improvement of forecast performance, inventory, and fulfillment outcomes. The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert and primary escalation point for demand signal questions, able to communicate planning data and recommendations clearly to stakeholders across the organization. GE Vernova describes a collaborative, learning-oriented culture that values lean principles, psychological safety, curiosity, and continuous improvement. Sponsorship is not supported. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Employment offers are conditioned on successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable.
