The Senior Demand Generation Manager owns the strategy and execution of scalable, high-performing demand generation programs that drive consistent pipeline growth. This role focuses on generating high-quality top-of-funnel demand, improving conversion across the funnel, and ensuring marketing efforts translate into measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes. You will take a data-first approach to optimizing performance, continuously refining targeting, messaging, channel mix, and lead scoring to improve both lead quality and funnel efficiency. With a strong test-and-learn mindset, you’ll rapidly launch, measure, and iterate on digital-first, multi-channel campaigns across paid, owned, and lifecycle channels. As a senior individual contributor, you’ll leverage AI and automation to enhance campaign development, audience targeting, personalization, and performance analysis—unlocking faster execution, greater scale, and smarter decision-making. You’ll partner closely with Sales, RevOps, Content, and Product Marketing to align on pipeline goals, lead quality, and go-to-market execution, playing a critical role in shaping how demand is generated, measured, and optimized across the business.
