About the Role Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies. This is a rare opportunity for a digitally-savvy demand gen marketer to own high-impact channels and turn them into pipeline machines. This isn't a "maintain the status quo" role. It's about building something excellent: a webinar and G2 program that reflects a best-in-class mindset, powered by creativity, relentless curiosity, and a drive to always be better. You'll experiment, iterate, and collaborate closely with partners, PMM, and product to keep raising the bar, while constantly scanning for new lead gen channels to bring into the fold and scale. And when the path isn't clear, you won't wait for one. You'll think on your feet, pivot, and find a way forward. You'll be the architect and executor behind a multi-format webinar program spanning owned, sponsored, and partner events; the driving force behind Fivetran's reputation on G2; and the strategist scaling our digital advertising programs to new heights. End-to-end ownership, from strategy to execution to performance reporting, is the name of the game If you're someone who gets fired up by performance data, loves translating numbers into sharp insights, and wants to be held accountable to real pipeline targets, this role was built for you. This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Denver office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing and demand generation, with hands-on ownership across a broad mix of channels and tactics.
  • Demonstrated success scaling high-impact programs, including webinars and G2, to drive measurable pipeline growth.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing strategy, KPIs, attribution models, performance optimization, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a natural curiosity to test, learn, and continuously improve performance.
  • Ability to transform raw data into actionable insights and clearly communicate performance, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented and accountable, with a proven track record of delivering against MQL and S1 targets.
  • A true collaborator at heart - someone who actively seeks out perspectives from PMM, product, and partners because you know great work is built together, not in a silo
  • To support live webinars and collaborate with U.S. based employees, at times this role will require availability during U.S. business hours across Eastern, Central, Mountain, and Pacific time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, execution, and performance reporting for the webinar and virtual hands-on lab program, including owned, sponsored, and partner-led experiences.
  • Lead Fivetran’s demand generation strategy and presence on G2, optimizing programs to drive high-quality MQLs and S3 pipeline.
  • Maximize webinars and G2 as key growth engines for marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), S1 counts, and S3 pipeline.
  • Identify and launch new channel opportunities to accelerate MQL production, S1 counts, and pipeline growth.
