About The Position

We’re looking for a sharp, early-stage growth leader to join Accord and add some firepower to our pipeline engine as a Senior Demand Generation Manager. You’ll report directly to our VP of Marketing, Lenny, and own the strategy for driving high-intent demos and a multi-six-figure enterprise pipeline. You likely bring a few years of learnings and failures from scaling a startup, having managed six-figure budgets and navigated the $100k+ enterprise deals we’re tackling here. This isn’t a brand awareness role, it is a high-accountability growth position. You will sit at the intersection of pipeline strategy and performance, moving beyond traditional paid ads to pioneer AI Engine Optimization (AEO). Your goal is to make sure that when anyone asks an LLM or a community like Reddit about sales excellence, Accord is the first name they see. You’ll join a fast-moving team to bridge the gap between Product and Sales, refining our unit economics as we scale.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in Demand Gen or Growth roles, with a proven track record of owning the function end-to-end in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Enterprise Scale: You’ve marketed to enterprise organizations (2000+ employees) and understand the complexities in navigating a complex, multi-stakeholder buying process for multi-six-figure deals.
  • ABM Expertise: You have a proven track record of running account-based marketing that results in meetings, not just impressions.
  • Proven Results: You have personally owned and driven a pipeline in excess of $10M in previous roles.
  • The Tech Stack: High proficiency in Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and major ad platforms (LinkedIn, Google, YouTube). Experience with HubSpot is a strong plus.
  • AI-Native Workflow: You don’t just use AI; it’s at the forefront of how you research, iterate, and move faster than the competition.
  • The "AEO" Mindset: You understand that SEO is evolving. You have clear ideas on how to influence LLM citations and community-driven discovery.
  • Analytical Rigor: Ability to track early indicators (/intent/content downloads) while staying focused on the north star: Demos Booked and Pipeline Generated.
  • Creative Edge: You can point to at least three innovative, non-boilerplate campaigns you’ve run that significantly drove pipeline growth

Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Architecture: Own the primary goal of meeting bookings and pipeline generation, specifically targeting high-value enterprise deals ($100k+).
  • Multi-Channel Demand: Strategize and execute paid media across LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, and the Meta suite to create and capture demand.
  • AEO & Content Growth: Lead our AI Engine Optimization strategy. You’ll leverage written content and community citations (Reddit, etc.) to ensure Accord is the top-of-mind solution within ChatGPT, Claude, and other LLMs.
  • Integrated Campaigns: Partner with Product Marketing and Events to translate value props into high-converting campaigns and events.
  • Full-Funnel Execution: Manage the demand function with a sharp eye on unit economics, specifically working to refine and optimize unit economics.
  • Agile Experimentation: Continuously A/B test creative ad formats and innovative campaigns that break through the noise of typical B2B SaaS.
