Requirements

5+ years experience running scrum ceremonies
Experience writing detailed user stories
Experience working directly with clients
May include intensive programs, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Certified Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Product Owner preferred

Responsibilities

Optimize team velocity and delivery of business value for complex projects.
Cultivate camaraderie and ensure Core Values are lived throughout the project team.
Act as Product Owner advocate and Scrum leader, documenting and managing all dependencies/blockers.
Guide feature design and prioritization to maximize team velocity and optimize business value, utilizing AI to inform decision-making and enhance prioritization processes.
Anticipate risks/blockers, advance Praxent best practices, and lead the team to efficient outcomes.
Build trust with clients, elicit nuanced understanding, and escalate when scope has changed.
Adhere to Agile/Praxent best practices, monitoring and correcting processes.
Maintain day-to-day client trust and relationship.
Document and monitor scope changes, risks, and dependencies.
Monitor and optimize processes to avoid blockers and optimize velocity.
Lead client calls to align on business requirements, address risks or dependencies, develop roadmaps, and ensure deliverables are met based off of prioritization.
Manage the daily activities that support agile development, such as daily stand-ups, refinement sessions, client demos, etc.
