About The Position
The Senior Defined Benefit Plan Specialist is responsible for processing and calculating defined benefit payments for defined benefit plans funded through Group Annuity contracts. Working independently under general supervision, this job provides assistance on a variety of defined benefit plan objectives, including benefit calculations and distributions for clients.

Responsibilities
- Conducts payment calculation distributions for defined benefit plans.
- Reviews and authorizes institutional plan level transactions.
- Prepares and reviews institutional and other reports.
- Works to modify and improve existing processes as needed and available.
- Analyzes impact of and suggests alternatives for required regulatory changes.
- May assist manager in communicating results of actuarial studies.
