As an IT Process Owner within PNC's Technology organization, you can be based in Pittsburgh PA, Strongsville OH, Birmingham AL, Phoenix AZ, Denver CO or Dallas TX. This role supports one or more line of business initiatives to understand, analyze, develop and implement key line of business solutions that will drive business objectives. It demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering customer focus and appropriate risk management practices to customers and/or internal partners. The position involves understanding business problems, identifying complex issues, and preparing and executing planned approaches for initiatives. It also defines and obtains data collection, research, and reporting activities, conducts research, analyzes, and recommends solutions for key initiatives, and works with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment. The IT Process Owner serves as a subject matter resource and advocate, understanding and implementing best practices and learning plans to meet business objectives.
