About The Position

This role focuses on advanced analytics, experimentation, and decision modeling to guide business strategy. The Senior Decision Scientist will translate complex business questions into analytical frameworks and deliver insights that improve forecasting, pricing, marketing effectiveness, and operational performance. The position involves developing advanced analytics and predictive models, designing and running experiments and A/B tests, and performing statistical analysis, causal inference, and forecasting. The role requires clear communication of insights to business stakeholders and collaboration with applied AI and data engineering teams to integrate analytics into operational systems. Travel up to 25% may be required, along with other projects or duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree with 4 to 6 years of experience in analytics, statistics, economics, or data science or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 7 to 9 plus years of experience in analytics, statistics, economics, or data science
Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or similar analytical tools
Work experience in AI, Machine Learning NLP, including new and emerging technologies in Machine Learning/Deep Learning
Experience with machine learning/AI via frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, MLflow Caffe etc.
Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Azure ML Cloud Services

Master’s Degree
Experience in consumer-packaged goods or supply chain
