About The Position

Retell AI is seeking its first Senior Deal Desk Manager to design and manage the pricing, approval, and closing process for enterprise deals. This role is crucial as the company's usage-based pricing model is still evolving, and the deals structured will directly influence its shape. The Senior Deal Desk Manager will report directly to the founder and collaborate daily with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams. The primary responsibility is to ensure fast and profitable deal approvals from quote to cash, including structuring non-standard deals, building discount approval matrices and pricing guardrails, modeling deal margins, and managing the quote-to-cash process across CRM, CPQ, Legal, and billing systems. The role also involves reporting on key metrics and automating approvals where possible.

Requirements

4+ years in deal desk, pricing, or sales/revenue operations at a B2B SaaS company.
Experience owning an end-to-end enterprise process for deals over $300K is required.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce or HubSpot and a CPQ tool.
Experience at a VC-backed SaaS/AI company or a big tech/large SaaS company.

Experience with usage-based or consumption pricing.
Built a deal desk function from scratch.
SQL or scripting skills to automate reporting and approvals.

Responsibilities

Own fast, profitable deal approvals from quote to cash.
Structure and approve non-standard deals (discounts, usage commits, per-minute pricing, payment terms) in hours, not days.
Build the discount approval matrix and pricing guardrails, and model deal margin before every approval.
Run quote-to-cash across CRM, CPQ, Legal handoff, and billing.
Report weekly on cycle time, discount levels, and win rate, and automate approvals where possible.
