About The Position

Radiance Technologies is an employee-owned company seeking a talented analyst to join our Modeling, Simulation, & Analysis (MS&A) team in support of various missions in Dayton, OH. The candidate will be expected to enhance analytical efforts centered around the Advanced Framework for Simulation, Integration and Modeling (AFSIM) Modeling & Simulation (M&S) framework by tackling complex decision-making challenges using scientific methods like mathematical modeling and statistics. The candidate will work closely with both Government stakeholders and Radiance teammates across the country supporting AFRL, NASIC, and other Intelligence Community (IC) missions. We are focused on finding innovative self-starters who can adapt to a fast-paced, high-profile analytical effort.

Requirements

Strong communication and organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Operations Research, or related field
US citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance
Minimum of a SECRET Collateral security clearance
Minimum of 8 years of analytical experience
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Python
Experience using analytical techniques such as descriptive statistics, correlation, analysis of variance, and optimization
Experience in development and execution of DOE-based analysis plans

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Operations Research, or related field
Experience using analytical techniques such as uncertainty quantification, sensitivity analysis, and meta-model development
Experience using simulation frameworks, especially Discrete Event Simulations
Experience working with statistical software such as JMP and MATLAB
Experience working with DOE software such as Dakota, PIANO, and HAL
Experience working with MS&A tools such as AFSIM, NGTS, and ITASE
Familiarity with DoD security practices

Responsibilities

Compose an analysis plan that includes what is being analyzed and how it will be analyzed.
Build a wide range of models within scenarios.
Perform verification on these models and scenarios.
Develop and execute Designs of Experiment (DOEs).
Analyze experiment output.
Generate presentations and reports.
