This role focuses on applying advanced data science and machine learning techniques to solve complex business problems end-to-end, from data sourcing and modeling to deployment and stakeholder communication. The role requires a combination of strong technical depth in machine learning and analytics, software engineering and deployment capabilities, business understanding, and cross-functional leadership. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 3 years' experience in an analytics related field.
Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 1 years' experience in an analytics related field.
5 years' experience in an analytics or related field.

Responsibilities

Identifying and validating data sources, ensuring data quality, and understanding business systems and requirements.
Developing and deploying scalable analytical and machine learning models using techniques such as statistical modeling, optimization, NLP, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics.
Writing and testing production-quality code using languages such as Python, SQL, Java, and related technologies.
Performing model evaluation, tuning, validation, and monitoring to ensure robustness and scalability in production environments.
Creating effective data visualizations and communicating insights to both technical and business stakeholders.
Translating business problems into ML and analytical solutions and providing actionable recommendations with measurable business impact.
Collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams to drive implementation and execution of data-driven solutions.
Mentoring junior team members and promoting best practices in analytics, modeling, and communication.
Demonstrating strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and alignment with organizational goals, ethics, and operational standards.
