This role focuses on applying advanced data science and machine learning techniques to solve complex business problems end-to-end, from data sourcing and modeling to deployment and stakeholder communication. The role requires a combination of strong technical depth in machine learning and analytics, software engineering and deployment capabilities, business understanding, and cross-functional leadership. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 3 years' experience in an analytics related field.
  • Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 1 years' experience in an analytics related field.
  • 5 years' experience in an analytics or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and validating data sources, ensuring data quality, and understanding business systems and requirements.
  • Developing and deploying scalable analytical and machine learning models using techniques such as statistical modeling, optimization, NLP, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics.
  • Writing and testing production-quality code using languages such as Python, SQL, Java, and related technologies.
  • Performing model evaluation, tuning, validation, and monitoring to ensure robustness and scalability in production environments.
  • Creating effective data visualizations and communicating insights to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Translating business problems into ML and analytical solutions and providing actionable recommendations with measurable business impact.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams to drive implementation and execution of data-driven solutions.
  • Mentoring junior team members and promoting best practices in analytics, modeling, and communication.
  • Demonstrating strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and alignment with organizational goals, ethics, and operational standards.
