The Department of Healthcare and Family Services is seeking to hire a Senior Data Project Manager to lead the Department’s strategy and execution behind modernizing how state agencies, particularly health and human service agencies, share data by breaking down technical and bureaucratic barriers. The Senior Data Project Manager will shape how agencies collaborate to share data and advance the goal of better connecting individuals to programs. The ideal candidate will be able to translate complex data challenges into meaningful real‑world impact and thrive at the intersection of technology and policy. They will demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong presentation abilities. This individual collaborates effectively with stakeholders to understand business needs, identify cross‑functional dependencies, and recommend process improvements. A strategic thinker with an enterprise‑wide perspective, the candidate will pair broad organizational insight with strong analytical skills.
