About The Position
The Senior Data Integration & BI Engineer will support and evolve the LATAM data and analytics landscape, maintaining stable BI and data integration solutions while contributing to a pragmatic modernization journey. The role works across a hybrid legacy-and-cloud environment and helps drive transition and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in BI and data integration/ETL delivery.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory for data integration workflows.
- Strong leadership in driving transition, stabilization, and knowledge transfer activities.
- Project execution skills in hybrid legacy and modern analytics environments.
- Advanced SQL skills for data transformation, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Strong collaboration skills for working effectively in distributed teams.
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2).
Nice To Haves
- Spanish language skills for LATAM coverage.
- Experience with Informatica.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain BI and data integration solutions across LATAM.
- Ensure operational continuity for analytics and integration platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents in ETL pipelines and BI reporting.
- Work across hybrid environments that include legacy and modern tooling.
- Document and standardize processes to reduce dependency on legacy knowledge.
- Coordinate transition, stabilization, and knowledge transfer activities.
- Contribute to modernization initiatives aligned with enterprise strategy.
